There are various ways of funding a custom motorcycle build, this site is mainly for people wanting to build a bike on a budget, but there is useful information for every one who is interested. Some times you will need to call on other people to help you, as it is unlikely you will be able to do all the work yourself, so going to shows or asking about and talking to people in the know is a must. Most bikers will be happy to help and talk you through how to accomplish a resolution to your problem. I am not giving a step by step guide on how to build a custom motorcycle but trying to point you in the right direction for you to gain the knowledge you require.
